Lovely class! I appreciate how you call attention to the proximal and distal work. My upper body feels wonderful and whole. It would be nice to see a lower body version of this work. Thank you!

Elizabeth, thank you so much for this class. I loved the feeling of connectivity of all those body parts relating to and moving with each each other. I had been planning to attend your workshops in London in the summer but will look forward to them even more when things return to normal.
