Greetings from Canada (Montreal). The red, yellow and orange colors of autumn have arrived. We have exceptionally warm days after having experienced a foretaste of the typical autumn temperatures. Montreal is experiencing a second wave of COVID-19 and the provincial government has just announced that the color of the alert has changed from orange to red. I've enjoyed my evening thanks to you! What a fun and challenging class! Fortunately, there is Pilates to chase negative thoughts and boost our immunity system...
