I take a class most everyday, and I try and include 5 lb leg weights to make it a little harder. Even doing that the class was fairly easy. But it was a good workout with clever roller exercises, and it had more arm work than a lot of mat classes. I had fun and feel much better. Thank you Cathleen:)
