Fabulous class. I am going to revisit it to pick up even more the next time. Thank you!
Marcia do you put a folded towel over the long box as extra padding for the thighs or use those rubber pads? This helped me alot. I've also seen an instructor use a small barrel on top of the long box- if you can visualize that, its really a very supportive way to learn Horse back.

The exercises are great; however the flow of the class is too choppy. Also, when the instructor is giving spring load all she says is 1 spring or 2 springs and doesn't always give the color choices. There were sometimes she didn't give tell the class either to change or the spring load stays the same.

Fantastic class with some great cues. New to the site and finding it totally inspirational. Like having a dozen plus new mentors. Thanks Kristi!

I wish I could have done this class with you, such awesome cuing, really wringing out every last muscle fiber all along the way. Gonna give it a go in the morning.
Susan thank you for your comments. Traditionally the Reformers didn't have a choice when it came color or tension of the springs. Traditionally, the springs were just springs... (1 spring, 2 springs, 3 springs or all). Nowadays , there are many equipment manufacturers. Some have colors on their springs and some don't. We have many members who have home Reformers that don't have springs at all, but have cables or cords instead. I have encouraged the teachers to specify as best they can what they are teaching when it comes to springs, but it would be impossible, or at the very least incredibly tedious for viewers if we listed all the possible options. I think it is important to state whether the tension of spring is light, medium or heavy more so than to state the color and I think we can always do better with that. Thank you for your feedback. I hope this helps.
