Thank you Tracey! I like more spring for the footwork on the foam roller but I was sliding on the roller. It didn’t look like you were sliding at all, are your shoulders in contact with the shoulder rests or floating above? Any suggestions to keep from sliding?
Used a half foam roller for the footwork and that worked great! Otherwise my shoulders kept slipping off. Nice core wake up with foam roller....delicious feet in straps sequence.... and I especially enjoyed the side lying arm work with the clam. Nice workout!
