I was advanced level in Pilates. then 6 yrs ago a car accident broke my neck. Almost a year after my send surgery I am back to my reformer. With the Surgeons okay, i still have to start off easy. However, recovery from the last operation left me in bed for LITERALLY 4 months. I went from a beautiful pilates figure to 60lbs over weight. I have 50lbs to go before my wedding in February 2017. Any suggestions for level 2 classes for quick toning?
