So my awareness takeaway from that workout is that I feel taller and I feel like my head is back on my shoulders where it should be. What do you feel? Pay attention to what you feel in this moment and try to take that with you. Be Aware, take it with you too throughout the rest of the day and take it with you tomorrow. And I'm going to encourage you to think about your posture while you're walking or sitting or whatever it may be that you're doing throughout the day.

Be Aware where your head is of where your chest is of where your pelvis is, and I'm going to encourage you to take your shoes off and go for a walk. So perhaps you'll go for a walk outside and if you do, I would like you to walk in the sand or the dirt or the grass and pay attention to how your feet feel, how your body feels with that movement, with that exploration, if you're unable to get outside because it's cold or it simply doesn't make sense, then do it in your, in your house somewhere. But pay attention to how it feels as you move your body. Pay attention to places that need to be moved, perhaps wiggling the wrists and wiggling the hips and being aware of still growing taller with every step that you take. Have Fun.
