I discovered Pilates while working as a Personal Trainer at Equinox Fitness in 2008. I had entered the fitness world after several years of chronic illness in search of a cure. My Pilates practice has changed me forever. I am passionate and deeply love Pilates as do all of my clients! Pilates has allowed me to heal my mind and body in a beautiful way.
