Andrew is a Reach Movement Health expert presenter and principal team member. He is also a Principal Educator for Pilates ITC, a government-registered training organization.
Andrew is a passionate Pilates advocate and educator who found his calling to the Pilates fold after a long career as an international touring dancer and teacher. Highlights of his performance career include Baz Luhrmann'sMoulin Rouge movie and performing in Paris at the famed Moulin Rouge and the Lido De Paris cabarets for 4 years.
Andrew holds the Australian government-accredited Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method and Cert IV Training and Assessment qualifications (TAE). In 2007, upon returning to Australia, Andrew began his Pilates training with STOTT Pilates. In 2013, he opened his own studio in Sydney whilst going on to further his training with PilatesITC and achieve his formal Diploma in Pilates. From here his pathway to Advanced Diploma, Trainer and Educator was a natural progression.
Andrew has taught movement extensively both internationally and in Australia and holds pre and postnatal specialization training from the Center for Women's Fitness, and has presented continuing education for Pilates on Tour in Sydney in 2018.
Andrew is currently completing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Western Sydney University and consulting on industry development with the Australian peak professional body, AUSactive. Andrew's combination of high-level biomechanical knowledge, passion for all Pilates work, and professional training skills make him an informed and highly professional teacher and presenter.
