Such a treat to work out with you! Day 1...love the single leg variation with the foot on top of the other. I need to explore that tension more...:)

Just started. Simple exercises but you introduce them in unexpected ways which gave new feelings in my spine and my legs. Enjoyed every minute
I'm putting this on pause only because I had an emergency appendectomy at the end of day 1. I feel like I'm having an "opposite week" challenge instead... I apprecicate just how conditioned my body is to engage the pelvic floor in all activites = major ouch at the moment I'll be back soon, Sarah!
Enjoyed the challenge took me a little longer than I thought do to my PSA, I had my hand injected 2 times during the series and had to refrain and regress from some movements. Hopefully do some of these again if my thumb heals and don’t need surgery. Let’s do a tower series next,👍🏻

I really enjoyed this challenge on the reformer!! The half hour session made it easier to fit into the day & I loved it!

Loved this challenge! I found it easy to stay motivated and keep coming back each day vs. trying to take a rest day. Always felt energized and new useless activated. Thank you!!!
