Awesome workout Amy Havens! I have a question about the breath. When doing the 5 inhales, are they to be shorter? I struggled with 5, so I wasn't sure if maybe I was making them too long. I know its something I should work on, that's for sure!

Rachel --- those 5 breaths can be short ones, yes. Some days I choose 2 breaths, some days 3, some 4 ... the good news is YOU get to do what YOU can do to serve your body and breath the best. :) . 5 breaths is tough....work up to it!! :)
