This is my growing collection of workouts for back health, especially relating to tech posture. I am a Pilates comprehensive student with a full-time desk job planning to specialize on tech posture, so I'm trying to pay special attention to my back body (as well as shoulder mobility) in my personal workouts. Hope others will find the list helpful! These are what I consider to be quite strong workouts (for me).
