I have been teaching Pilates since 2009 at the various studios in the San Gabriel Valley.
My passion and love for the Pilates method propels me to continue the work as a life-long student where I can learn more so others may enjoy the wonderful benefits of Pilates and experience how it can enrich the whole of their lives as it has mine.
