My name is Zoe and i am a freelance met teacher based in Sheffield, UK. I qualified just over a year ago now and am happily building my confidence both as a teacher and in my own practice and love for Pilates. I have been a member for about six months now and find Pilates anytime the most helpful thing to further my knowledge and i almost feel as part of the community. It's so inspiring so see so many knowledgeable and experienced teachers.
